Standard Tolerances

O.D Tolerances:

• For wires up to and including .021”: +.000/-.001”
• For wires above .021”: +.000/-.002”

Length Tolerances:

• • Up to and including 120cm: ± 1cm
  • Over 120cm lengths: ± 2cm

Standard ribbon size: .003” thick x .010” wide

Safety Ribbon is required on any length equal to or greater than 100cm

Flex tolerances: ± 0.5cm / 3mm “J” tolerance: ± 1mm
